ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Our Company, Geotechnics Myanmar was certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System which is scope of Provision of Geotechnical Investigation and Laboratory Testing Services, from IAS (International Accreditation Services, United State of America). This new standard, ISO 9001:2015 is based on new High Level Structure (HLS) that brings a common framework to all management system standards which is helps to keep consistency, alignment different management system standards, offer matching sub clauses against the top level structure and apply common language across all standards. The key changes in the standards are:

• The emphases on leadership
• The focus on risk management
• Emphasis on objectives measurement and change
• Communication and awareness
• Fewer prescriptive requirements

Our Quality Policy and Management System

Our quality management policy is to provide the essential professional value and high total quality of management in all of geotechnical engineering works; such as including filed works, laboratory works and reporting for the proposed constructions, buildings, high-rise structures, road and railways, steel structure, airport, bridge, industrial building and so on; that to ensure the satisfaction of all of the requirements of our customers. This achievement will result in securing efficiency, a strong customer focus and enhancement of long-term sustainability and profitability within our Organisation.

Geotechnics Myanmar can provide wide range of geotechnical engineering solutions, consultancy services, soil investigation including field and laboratory tests in accordance with British standard code of practice and /or other recognize international standard as requirement. Also follow the specifications exactly to gain the quality of works and data accuracy.

Geotechnics Myanmar has useful equipment including rotary wash drilling machines with hydraulic and accessories, laboratory test equipment according to our equipment list and Its to perform the good quality of works including Sampling, SPT test, In situ test, laboratory tests etc. Where equipment is used for critical measurement activities, such as inspection and testing, these shall be subject to control and either calibration or verification.

All of investigation works were carried out under supervision of Geotechnics Myanmar experienced personnel and step by step monitored and checked by our international experienced engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer and geologists. Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of the Quality System function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of the Organization. Additionally, the Organization has a Policy of promoting continual improvement and setting of Quality Objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2015 Standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the Organization as determined by Top Management.

We hereby certify that this Quality Manual and the Standard Operating Procedures Manual accurately describes the Quality System in use within the Organization to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

ISO Organizational Roles Responsibilities &Authorities

Our Senior Management Team has assigned responsibilities and authorities for all relevant roles in the company. These are communicated through the combination of the Quality Management Flow Chart and Position Description charts for departments.
